If so, The Orbit would like to invite you to join them on Thursday afternoons for a variety of activities at Comet Children’s Centre
Who we are:
The Orbit is an inclusive drug & alcohol service for expectant mothers and anyone caring for a child under 5 years old.
Dads, grandparents and or carers are welcome at the sessions too.
What we do:
The Orbit has specialist substance misuse midwives, counsellors and support workers on hand to help expectant mums AND families with children under 5 years old.
Join them on Thursdays from 1pm - 3pm for:
- Information and Advice
- Ante-Natal Appointments
- Arts and Craft Sessions
Crèche service is available.

If you wish to see a counsellor, this will start at 12 noon
Who is eligible?
The sessions are open to anyone that has or cares for a child under 5 years old including expectant mothers and those within the LGBT community that have been impacted by drugs and or alcohol.
What to do if you have a complaint
If you have any feedback for the Children’s Centre, then do talk about it with the worker or manager. If you are not happy with their response and wish to make a formal complaint, then ask the reception for the complaints procedure.
