Junior activities (8 –12 years) run on Monday & Friday 3.30 – 5pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3.30 – 5.30pm
Senior activities (13-19 years) run on Monday & Friday (Monday is for young women only) 6pm – 8pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6pm – 9pm
