- The Samira Project provides comprehensive advice and advocacy services to Latin American – and women from other ethnic minority backgrounds
- Family Outreach Support Project provides tailored support to children and their mothers after they leave a violent home. This project aims at preventing long term mental health consequences of domestic violence through supporting children and their mothers to overcome their traumatic experiences, rebuild their relationship and play a fuller role in community life.
- Child Support Project supports the children living at the refuge to overcome their traumatic experiences, helping them to adapt to their temporary life-style and rebuild the relationship with their mothers.
Floating Support Project provides support to Latin American – and women from other ethnic minority backgrounds- within Islington, who have experienced, or are at risk of domestic violence, to remain safe in their homes.

What to do if you have a complaint
If there’s something you like or are not happy with, then talk about it with the worker or the manager so they can look at how they deliver their service. If you are still not happy, ask if they have a complaints procedure.
