Hackney Council provide a wide range of services for different people. If you are unhappy with the service or a particular member of staff, the Council has a 3 stage complaints procedure.
- stage 1 is handled by the relevant service area.
- stage 2 by the Directorate Complaints Officer
- stage 3 by the Business Analysis and Complaints Team
Complaints forms are available from the weblink, the Business Analysis and Complaints Team (020 8356 3770) or the Council's Hackney Contact Centre (020 8356 3000).
The Business Analysis and Complaints Team also co-ordinate and administer all current Ombudsman complaints relating to Hackney Council Services.
