Who we are:

ReachOut is a mentoring charity that works with young people in disadvantaged communities to:

• Raise aspirations
• Help them grow in character and attainment
• Reach their potential

What we do:

ReachOut partners with schools in disadvantaged communities to support young people aged 9 to 16 who have been referred to them for one of the following reasons:

• Low academic attainment
• Low confidence
• Behaviour issues or
• Because their teachers believe they would benefit from the support of a role model

Once a week during term time, the young people meet with their ReachOut mentor at an after school project held at their school and work one to one on their school work followed by group activities or sports.
