Who we are:
West Reservoir Centre is a water sports centre set in 23 acres of water in a 30 acre site in a hidden part of Hackney.
What we do:
Activities available include:
- Expert led classes in water sports for children and adults including sailing and kayaking
- school holiday multi-activity weeks
- private and small group sessions
- Open Water Swimming
- A pleasant waterside café with outdoor terrace open to the public
- Conference, banquet & meeting rooms
- Corporate & private venue hire is available
West Reservoir Centre runs a Youth Club that provides young people with the opportunity to participate in water sports and work towards National Governing Body proficiency awards.

The Centre is Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA) accredited and recognised by both British Canoeing (BC) and the Royal Yachting Association (RYA).
What to do if you have a complaint
If there’s something you like or are not happy with, then talk about it with the worker or the manager so they can look at how they deliver their service. If you are still not happy, ask if they have a complaints procedure.
