Finding a Place, family workshop run by Art Hoppers with City & Hackney CAMHS Alliance

First exhibit of this collection of paintings produced by families in an exciting collaboration led by Claire from Art Hoppers and Jo, psychologist CAMHS Alliance.

Families were invited to explore and consider a landscape that inspired positive memories and feelings and make abstract works of art in response.

These images will now form a series of 11 collectable publicity postcards for a new marketing campaign led by CAMHS Alliance to reduce stigma and promote information about mental health and well-being support for local children, young people and families.

Share your thoughts and ideas about the services and projects which support the well-being of children, young people and families.

• Families are invited to attend and support the launch of this publicity campaign for City and Hackney CAMHS Alliance

AND

• Participate in a drawing workshop on the day.

At the workshop you can make your own experimental drawing using a framing window to help spot hidden locations in your artwork which transport you to magical places.

Explore well-being through art & mark making as an adventure of discovery.

All art materials will be provided.

This event is part of The Big Draw Festival 2019. Participants will receive Big Draw certificates and stickers.
