Britannia Leisure Centre is a local venue offering a wide range of activities for the whole community.
What we do:
The centre offers access to:
- a state of the gym
- swimming pool with a wave machine and slide,
- fitness class studio
- sports hall
- squash courts
- health suite
- outdoor pitches and
- swimming lessons (free swimming for disabled people, carers, under 18’s, 50+ and over)
- climbing wall
- sauna & steam room
- aromatherapy room
- outdoor tennis
- 5-a-side football
- netball courts
- group exercise studio
- women only sessions
- a function room and facilities for children’s parties
The centre offers swim school lessons and courses for all ages and abilities.
A successful GP referral scheme and thriving junior programme ensures there is something on offer for everyone.

What to do if you have a complaint
If there’s something you like or are not happy with, then talk about it with the worker or the manager so they can look at how they deliver their service. If you are still not happy, ask if they have a complaints procedure.
