Who we are:

The Girlguides is an organisation set up to empower nearly half a million girls to be their best and face the challenges of growing up today. 

They have been achieving this through providing opportunities for adventure, friendship and fun for over 100 years. Thei aim is to build confidence and raises aspirations.

Different groups run for different ages: 

Rainbows 5 - 7 years

Brownies 7 - 10 years

Guides 10 - 14 years

Senior Section 14 - 26 years

What to do if you have a complaint

If there’s something you like or are not happy with, then talk about it with the worker or the manager so they can look at how they deliver their service. If you are still not happy, ask if they have a complaints procedure.
