Course for parents of children who have just recieved or have children with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD), providing information and strategies for parents. 

Run twice a year in Hackney by Specialist Teachers, Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Speech & Language Therapists and Family Support Workers.

Who is eligible?

A diagnosis of Autism/ASD (usually recent)

For parents of children up to age 5.

Referral Details

Referrals are accepted from professionals involved with the family.  This is usually a member of the ASD assessment team, post-diagnosis.

Where a parent or carer are interested in attending, they are advised to call the Earlybird coordinator in CAMHS Disability at Hackney Ark – Marietta Sandilands on 020 7014 7071.

What to do if you have a complaint
