Description
Who we are:
The Siblings Clubs are run through the CAMHS Disability team and usually take place during school holidays.
These clubs are for siblings of children who access services at Hackney Ark (i.e. siblings of children who have additional needs).
What we do:
There are two clubs;
- The Younger Siblings Workshop is for primary aged children (6 to 11 years).
- The Adolescent Siblings Club is for secondary aged young people (12- 19 years)
The clubs aim to provide a fun and supportive place for young people to share their experiences and connect with other siblings of children with additional needs.
A video made by siblings to highlight the benefits of the club can be found on the CAMHS stand alone website.
You can watch the video here: CAMHS Siblings Group Video
