Kisharon Employment - Supportive help to work in the community

What we do

  • We help with writing a CV and finding a placement.
  • We teach basic work skills such as filing, organising tasks and using computers, as well as the importance of punctuality and good time keeping.
  • We provide Travel Training to ensure everyone can travel safely and independently to work.
  • Once a job has been found,  we work closely with the employee to make sure they have settled in We work in partnership with the local business community to find and create job opportunities for people with learning disabilities. 

  • We can help you to get a job so that you can be more independent.
  • We will support you to learn how to travel to and from work
  • Develop the skills you need to do well in your job.
  • We will help you to feel comfortable in the place you work.

Adult Employment Programme - Supportive help to work in the community

  • We work in partnership with the local business community to find and create job opportunities for people with learning disabilities.
  • We provide support and mentoring to develop travelling skills and ensure that the job is done well.
  • We also provide support for employers.

Equal Bikes

Equal Bikes is a bicycle workshop providing jobs for people with learning disabilities.

Kisharon’s Equal Creative

Kisharon’s Equal Creative is a unique service that combines bespoke print and design with social enterprise.

It aims to produce high quality print and design products whilst providing paid work and meaningful work experience for people in our community with learning disabilities.

The team of professional designers work alongside the trainees to create the high quality printing solutions for all occasions.
