Autus exists to facilitate personal and professional growth for people with autism and complex needs. The organisations aim it to increase opportunities for exciting and sustainable work to improve lives and prospects.  


Our trustees and volunteers are passionate about working with young people as partners to drive change for people with autism spectrum and other complex conditions.

Referral Details

Referral preferred but not absolutely necessary.

We accept referrals from:

  • Job Centre Plus
  • Adult Social Care teams
  • Children's Services teams
  • Other service providers

Referrals are encouraged as part of the Education, Health and Care Plan planning and review process.

These referrals should be made with individuals and their parent/carers so shared understandings and joined up approaches are created.
