“We want to enable our customers to live the lives they choose, achieve their personal goals, feel valued and know their voices are heard.”

Our services run throughout England including London and the South East.

If you live in Hackney you can contact us via or local office in Dalston, however all referrals to the service are made through an adult social care assessment.

What we do:

Advance provide a number of different services including…

Personalised Support - Because our support is personalised, we will work with you, your family, and friends, to make sure your support helps you. Whether you need emotional support, help finding work, support to take up new hobbies, or assistance with staying on top of your bills, we will be there to empower you to live more independently. For people with more complex needs, we have the experience to provide the specialist support you need.

Dedicated Support Workers - Our Support Workers are passionate about supporting people and receive on-going training and support to gain recognised qualifications in care. Our staff believe in doing things better, and support our customers to live full, independent, and happy lives. We invest in our staff, and many of our managers started out as Support Workers.

Advance Housing - We believe that everyone has the right to a safe and happy home. We offer a range of housing options for people with disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and age related needs.

From shared homes to shared ownership, supported living to state of the art developments, we have expertise in providing high quality homes that meet our customers' individual needs and aspirations.

'Having my own space, where I can also get support when I need it, has helped me to live more independently.'

We know that the right combination of housing and support can empower people to live a life that is more fulfilling and independent. We offer a range of support services and can develop personalised packages of housing and support that will enable you be as independent as possible and to be included in your local community.
