A highly experienced and specialised individual who is a fully qualified Specialist Dyslexia Teacher and Specialist Assessor.
What do I do?
I can work with families and young people to provide:
- full diagnostic assessments for dyslexia and
- examination access arrangements
This service is provided by an assessor who has a certificate of specific learning difficulties level 7

Time / Date Details
Assessments can take place in the individuals home
Times agreed individually based on availablity and mutual convenience
Full dyslexia assessment and report, including Access Arrangements where suitable - £550
Access Arrangement report only - £350
Referral accepted from parents, school, educations setting or other professionals with parents and young persons permission.

Weekend assessments for dyslexia and examination Access Arrangements from a qualified assessor.
No information from the assessment report or information gained from families will be used in any way other than to provide a personal diagnostic report for specific learning difficulties and recommendations if they are suitable.
Any reports are confidential to the person seeking them and will only be circulated with the permission and agreement of the family, young person or adult the report concerns.
What to do if you have a complaint
In person and the tutor / assessor will try to address your concerns or through Patoss website
Can parents & young people buy this service as part of their SEND personal budget?

This would be possible if this is what a parent, carer or young person wanted to use their personal education budget (if they have one) for.
The best way to meet the needs of the child/family school with regard to funding can be discussed on a individual basis.
