No information from the assessment report or information gained from families will be used in any way other than to provide a personal diagnostic report for specific learning difficulties and recommendations if they are suitable.
Any reports are confidential to the person seeking them and will only be circulated with the permission and agreement of the family, young person or adult the report concerns.
