What to do if you have a complaint
In the first instance if you have any feedback about the service you received – something you like or are not happy with; then do talk about it with the worker or manager in the service, so that they can look at resolving your concern and how they deliver their service.
If this does not resolve the issue a senior member of staff from the team can speak with you to try to address your concerns.
