Tikva offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities for adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities tailored to the needs of the Orthodox Jewish community.

Activities include:

• a regular weekend club where participants enjoy live concerts, singalongs, dancing, exercise sessions and cold cookery
• day-trips during off-school periods,  increase social and life skills of the adults with disabilities and develop their wider interest in the world around them whilst in a safe and positive environment.  Trip activities include kayaking, bowling, kite-flying, orienteering and hiking.
• Bi-annual residential sleepaways - undoubtedly the highlight for Tikva families are the bi-annual week-long residential breaks each summer and winter in the English countryside.
