What we do…

We offer 1:1 sessions of yoga therapy to children and adults with special needs to help them build balance, strength and confidence.

We first see clients for an inital evaluation session after which we will allocate a yoga therapist. Each Yoga 1:1 session lasts between 35-55minutes.

We also provide low cost group classes for parents and carers of the children and adults with that we support.

If you find it hard to travel please contact us to discuss possible provision of an outreach service.
