Who are we?

Shoreditch Park Primary School is an inclusive two-form entry primary school with over 400 children on roll from Nursery to Year 6.

The School is committed to providing children with the very best education to ensure that each child reaches their maximum potential and develops a lasting love of learning and a sense of curiosity in the world around them.

The ASPIRE curriculum and ethos underpins everything that we do at Shoreditch Park. ASPIRE is an aspirational curriculum and school vision that empowers children to flourish in their academic, personal, and social learning. Within our broad and balanced ASPIRE and PSHE (personal, social, health, and economic) curriculum, we are able to nurture and support the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural (SMSC) development in young children and promote fundamental British values in young lives. All staff and governors at Shoreditch Park Primary School recognise that all children are entitled to an education that enables them to make progress so that they:

• become confident individuals living fulfilling lives, and
• make a successful transition into adulthood, whether into employment, further or higher education or training

The school has a specialist Autism Resource Provision on site that provides 10 places for children with a diagnosis of Autism and an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) who need enhanced autism-specific support over and above the support we offer our students with SEND in the rest of the school. 

Breakfast and After-school Clubs

Our breakfast club runs daily from 7:45-8:30 a.m. on a strict 5-day basis. This means children offered a place will need to attend on all 5 days. You may choose not to send your child on a specific day in the week, however, you will still be charged. Please note places are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis with a limited number of available spaces overall.

At Shoreditch Park Primary School, we want to support working parents by offering after-school care whilst also giving the children an opportunity to take part in fun and engaging activities such as arts and crafts activities, outdoor games, and board games. For the older children, it can be an opportunity to complete homework.

After School Club is facilitated by support staff who work with children during the normal school day. The club operates from our school site which means a smooth transition at the end of the school day. Children also receive a light snack.
