Who we are
Homerton Hospital is an NHS service run by Homerton Foundation Trust.

What we do
The hospital provides:
- accident and emergency care (A&E)
- medical/surgical treatment
- rehabilitation care for individuals who are ill or injured
- community services that treat and monitor people in the community rather than in hospital
If you have to stay in Homerton Hospital for treatment or monitoring, you will be given a welcome pack when you arrive providing you with essential information about ward routines, controlling infections, meals, visiting times and more.

GPs or patients who would like to be referred to have your baby at the Hospital can call the Maternity Helpline: 020 8510 5955 from 10am - 6pm, 7 days a week.

- What to do if you have a complaint
If you have a concern about the care you or a relative or friend is receiving you should talk to the person in charge of your care or the manager of the department.
If you prefer to discuss your concern with someone independent of your care team then you can contact our Patient Liaison and Advice Service (PALS).
The PALS team can help resolve queries and concerns quickly and if you are not happy with the outcome then they can advise you on our formal complaints process.
