We have a suggestion box to receive suggestions/positive feedback.
To make an complaint the setting leader can be approached with the complaint. Most complaints are dealt with amicably and informally. The setting leader is able to inform the parent/carer of the process to follow if the complaint is not resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant. The process is displayed in the setting on the parents notice board and is available to all parents and carers whose children attend the setting.
