Who we are...
English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) courses are for people who speak English as a second or other language and want to improve their skills.
Literacy courses are for people who speak English as a first language or bi-lingually and would like to improve their reading and writing.
What we do...
You can register for an ESOL or Literacy course by attending a drop-in advice sessions. Sessions run from the last week of September to the last week of June each academic year.
There are no advice sessions during school holidays and we are also closed for 4 weeks from the second week of December.
A teacher will check your English speaking, listening, reading and writing and then help you to find a class which fits around you. Morning and afternoon classes are available.
