Who are we?
The City of London & Hackney Safeguarding Children Partnership (CHSCP) is the key statutory body overseeing arrangements for safeguarding children and young people across the City of London and the London Borough of Hackney.
What do we do?
The CHSCP Safeguarding partners use agreed arrangements to work with relevant agencies to safeguard and protect the welfare of children in City and Hackney.
Who do I contact to report a concern about a child?
If you are worried about a child, please contact the safeguarding lead in the organisation working with the child or contact one of the following teams.

Who do I contact to report a concern about a person aged over 18?
Adult safeguarding is managed by a different team.
If you are worried about an adult, report your concern using the Adult Safeguarding online form here.
Out-of-hours contact is via the Emergency Duty Team for adults from 5 pm to 9 am
