Who we are:

Binoh is a Jewish organization that provides specialist, multi-disciplinary, professional support to children and young people in mainstream schools who require extra help to access the National Curriculum and to make progress to become happy and successful individuals. 

What we do:

The support Binoh provides is tailored to meet individual needs and help children and young people learn to the best of their ability.

Binoh is able to provide support for the following needs:

  • Educational challenges related to having Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND)
  • Social emotional or mental health related challenges (SEMH)
  • Environmental 

Binoh currently supports children and young people at SEN Support level and those with an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) previously Statement of Special Educational Need. 

The kind of support offered could include:

  • Advice for the School staff / SENCo / Support staff / Parents
  • 1:1 specialist teaching
  • Speech Therapy
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Educational Phycology
  • Assessments 
  • Whole school or individual staff training

In most instances Binoah teachers and therapists will work with individual children or young people referred to them in their school setting.

Close working between the young person themselves, parents and professionals, ensures shared goals and practical strategies will benefit the child or young person.
