Who are we?
Choice in Hackney is a Disabled People User-Led voluntary sector organisation, that provides Advocacy support to disabled people. We are run by disabled people, for disabled people.
We support disabled people from all communities to obtain the services they need to live independently, with dignity, and to make choices about their own lifestyles.
As an organisation run by disabled people, for disabled people and is committed to empowering disabled people Choice is committed to mostly employing disabled people because we believe through their shared experience as disabled people this makes for a more equal relationship between staff and people that use our services.

If you would like to receive the advocacy service or would like to refer someone then please contact the service or complete the referral form and email it to office@choiceinhackney.org
- What to do if you have a complaint
If there’s something you like or are not happy with, then talk about it with the worker or the manager so they can look at how they deliver their service. If you are still not happy, ask if they have a complaints procedure.
