Service details
Who are we?
The Centre for Better Health is a community-based charity that supports well-being and recovery from mental ill-health.
What do we do?
The Better Health Hub offers a range of creative, movement and therapeutic groups and courses. We design our courses in a way that encourages you to learn at your own pace, to make 'mistakes' and overcome setbacks, to feel that your skills are valued, and to meet and interact with other people.
What do people say about our courses?
“The Centre for Better Health delivers the best quality courses with fabulous tutors and staff. I have loved every minute.”
“The teacher made me feel very comfortable in the space and confident about trying new things. Attending the sessions has definitely improved my mental health and wellbeing. I've really looked forward to the sessions and seeing the other people every week.”
