We are looking for young people who are under 25 years old, have a disability or additional need and live in City and Hackney to be part of a small group that we hope will make a difference to the lives of other young people. 

We believe that "Together we can make a difference!" but we need you too. 

● Do you want to be part of a small group of young people who would
like to discuss different topics with each other?

● Do you have things you would like to say to other young people about
what it is like to live with either a disability or a special need?

● Would you like to be one of the forum committee?
